The penny machine has jammed

Please try the following:

• Click the Reload button, or try again later.
  
• Check with the person behind the counter, they might be able to give you a refund.
  
• To check your penny settings, click the Tools menu, and then click Penny Options. On the Machine tab, click Settings. The settings should match those provided by your local coin elongating network technician. (CENT)
• If your Coin Administrator has enabled it, your browser can examine your network and automatically discover if you are using copper or zinc pennies.
  If you would like your browser to try and discover them, click Detect Zinc Pennies
• Some sites require 128-bit secure smashing. Click the Help menu and then click About Inserting Quarters to determine what strength ECs you have installed.
• If you are trying to reach a secure site, make sure your Security settings can support it. Click the Tool menu, and then click Elongated Options. On the Advanced tab, scroll to the Security section and check settings for Heads/Tails Orientation.
• Click the Back button to try another link.
